Description
Oraqix (lidocaine and prilocaine periodontal gel) 2.5%/2.5% is the first FDA approved subgingival anesthetic indicated for use in adults requiring local anesthesia in periodontal pockets during scaling and/or root planing procedures. It has a quick 30-second onset of action, anesthetic duration of 20 minutes, and can be reapplied up to a maximum of 5 cartridges. Oraqix can only be administered with the Oraqix Dispenser.
